Do you have a family tradition you love to do each Christmas? My favorite Christmas tradition is when all of the girls in my family get together and have an entire day that we dedicate to baking cookies, we end up baking at least 500! What have you asked Santa for this year? Super random, but this year I REALLY want a new vacuum haha. What was a popular gift that most children wanted when you were growing up? Did you have one? I think that the reoccurring most popular gift growing up, was beanie babies. That kind of fizzled out after a while, but for a few years there I was definitely getting a new collector beanie baby! Do you have a favorite Christmas Movie? My all-time favorite Christmas movie is "The Grinch." I literally start watching it in November.... or I might never stop watching it haha.
What about a favorite Christmas food? Do you cook a big Christmas dinner? Every year, we do a big Christmas lunch with my entire family. All the turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, dressing, pie, banana pudding.. all the classics, we eat it! What is your favorite Christmas song/album? "Santa Baby" is my favorite! Name three things you are thankful for this year? My family, my friends and my health. What have been the highlights for you from 2018? 2018 was an amazing year, but I think the moment that stands out the most was CMA Fest. I had the opportunity to play AND attend my very first CMA Fest. I will never forget that! Any New Year's resolutions? To just be better, to be less afraid, to let myself go for it more! What is 2019 going to look like for you? Honestly, nothing is set in stone right now. I have a lot of plans for new music and a lot of exciting opportunities brewing in the background, but you'll just have to stay tuned!!
Spiked Apple Cider
1 mug full of apple cider
1 shot spiced rum
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 apple
2 cinnamon sticks
Directions-
Heat apple cider & cinnamon on medium hot to desired heat
Pour into glass/mug and then add the spiced rum
Mix together and add apple slice and cinnamon sticks on top for garnish and added flavor
