Two ticket options will be offered: The first seating will include a 4 course menu with dish selections ranging from King Salmon Crudo to Chestnut Cappellacci, Wagyu New York Strip, and a Champagne Mousse with a Macaroon Crisp and Raspberry Sorbet—the second seating will include a 5 course menu and party access with dishes ranging from the A-5 Wagyu Nigiri, Foie Gras Terrine, Miso-Glazed Black Cod, Wedge Oak Farms Duck, and a sweet selection of chocolates, confectionaires, pastries, and sweets.
