Marsh House, the Gulch eatery known for its elevated Gulf Coast cuisine, will open for dinner this Valentine’s Day, Monday, February 14 from 5pm to 9pm. Chef/Owner Brian Landry and Executive Chef Vu Vo are cooking up delectable Valentine’s Day specials to offer alongside the restaurant’s signature a la carte menu.
Valentine’s Day dinner specials include Squash Blossom – pumpkin, basil, orange blossom honey, pepitas; Lobster Risotto - saffron, peas, chives; and Filet Mignon - pomme purée, blue crab, béarnaise. Of course, guests can also enjoy the festive Chambong & Oyster - a bong of bubbles! Or indulge in one of Marsh House’s decadent seafood towers.
