· Shrimp Rangoon Dip: velvety mixture of cream cheese and shrimp with a hint of ginger, finished with a sweet chili drizzle, fresh cilantro and toasted panko served with seasoned tortilla chips.
· Pineapple Glazed Shrimp: a sweet and spicy glaze made with fresh pineapple, brushed onto flame-kissed Jumbo Shrimp with a lightly caramelized finish. Served with jasmine rice and a choice of one signature side.
