Colt Ford’s New Video, “How You Lose A Woman,” Starring Ben Higgins, World Premieres Today on CMT

Colt Ford and Ben Higgins on set of "How You Lose A Woman"

Country star Colt Ford teams with reality star Ben Higgins in his latest video, “How You Lose A Woman,” premiering today on CMT Music and CMT.com. Director Ed Pryor crafted the video for Nashville-based Hideout Pictures. Click here to view “How You Lose A Woman.” Ford has also just announced his 22-city “Time Flies” Spring Tour which kicked off March 1, 2019 in  Oklahoma.

Ford’s emotional appeal and advice to a young workaholic teacher on “how not to lose a woman” is the premise of this heartfelt new video. The beautifully filmed cinematic story unfolds when an after-hours high-school janitor, played by Ford, finds Ben Higgins at his desk long after the sun has gone down.

“There’s great advice in the song that everyone should hear,” commented Higgins, who starred in ABC’s The Bachelor and subsequent Bachelor franchises. “Country is what I love. I grew up listening to Colt Ford and was excited to have this opportunity to be in the video.”

Colt Ford remarked that he and Ben have become close friends. "We met through a mutual friend, and Ben is such good guy, " said Ford. "Having Ben in the video made sense because he has been the most popular bachelor, and this song is a road map of what not to do as a man, LOL. Most guys I know are guilty of most of the stuff in this song, so I hope this helps all the guys out there."“How You Lose A Woman,” was written by noted tunesmiths Noah Gordon, Lance Miller and Wade Kirby.

Adam Wurtzel from the nationally syndicated television show, Nashville Insider, recently interviewed Ford and Higgins about their collaboration. Check out the interview here.
