The Gulch’s premier destination for dining and imbibing will be mixing up their take on the classic Negroni cocktail from Monday, September 13 through Sunday, September 19 and donating a portion of the proceeds to Giving Kitchen, an organization that provides emergency assistance for food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources. On offer this year is Devil in a New Dress, made with Ford’s Gin, Campari, Dolin Blanc, lime, simple syrup and pineapple juice. The musically-themed cocktail is just one of the highly-anticipated new fall cocktails from the rooftop bar.
In the summer of 2013, Imbibe Magazine and Campari joined forces to launch the first ever Negroni Week; a celebration of one of the greatest Napoli-born cocktails and an effort to raise money for charitable causes worldwide. Bars and restaurants across the U.S. (and some around the world) will pour their favorite Negroni variations and donate a portion of proceeds from each one sold to a charity of their choice.
