Starting June 15th, the Summer Selects menu – available for dine-in, car-side carryout and delivery – features a NEW Filet Parmesan coated with Mama Mandola’s breadcrumbs, sautéed and topped with a scratch-made pomodoro sauce, parmesan, romano and mozzarella cheese for $19.99. Pair this entrée with an Italian Old Fashioned – a Carrabba’s twist on an American classic with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Disaronno Amaretto, fresh orange and cherry.
Other featured entrees include a Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye and Mahi Wulfe which can be matched with a J. Lohr “Seven Oaks” Cabernet Sauvignon or Decoy by Duckhorn Merlot.
End the meal on a sweet note with Strawberry Cheesecake featuring Creamy New York-style cheesecake topped with a strawberry purée.
