A Proper Thanksgiving Feast from Martin's Bar-B-Que


Made to feed families of all sizes, Martin’s is offering two packages: one for a small gathering (4-6 guests), as well as a large gathering (12-15 guests), both available for online ordering until 3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 18. *In the spirit of giving, Martin’s will be donating $5 from every small gathering meal to benefit Nashville Food Project dedicated to hunger relief and food education.

CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING AT MARSH HOUSE

Decadent Four-Course Prix-Fixe Thursday, November 25, 2021


Marsh House, the Gulch eatery known for its elevated Gulf coast cuisine, sophisticated craft cocktails and superb wine program, is inviting diners to celebrate Thanksgiving with a spectacular four-course meal. Curated by Chef/Owner Brian Landry and Executive Chef Vu Vo, the decadent four-course prix-fixe menu ($58–$69) (depending on main course), features an array of meticulously executed dishes that meld the best of Southern and Creole cuisine. The festive menu will also be available to-go.

Offerings include fan favorites such as venison poppers; gumbo; and seared scallops. Those who prefer more traditional options can indulge in seasonal fare such as stuffed quail with andouille, peas, cane glaze; winter squash salad; and heritage breed turkey with pan gravy. Sweet delights include Oh My Gourd - pumpkin pie curd, cinnamon crunch, pear caramel, crème fraîche ice cream; and Tennessee Whiskey - chocolate bacon cake, pecan toffee, whiskey ice cream. 2x James Beard award-winning chef R.J. Cooper and his team at Saint Stephen will be open on Thanksgiving Day for reservations only. The culinary team has created a unique, specialty four course menu serving both traditional and non-traditional fare, and the menu can be found HERE on their website.
