Jan. 11 – Hot Toddy Day

If you want to spice up your traditional Hot Toddy, look no further. National Milagro Ambassador Jaime Salas explains his inspiration behind his version of the classic cocktail.

“Lately I have been drawn to using cloves both in the kitchen and when making cocktails. It’s a great warming spice adopted by natives of present day Mexico with the arrival of the Spanish and can now be found in present day Mexican cuisine, including traditional.”
