Best Mexican restaurant you’ve been to while on the road: Cantina Laredo! They used to have one in the Gulch in Nashville and it closed, so I was super excited when we had a radio visit in Syracuse, NY and they had one! Ugh- so good!
Favorite Mexican food you’ve never been able to pronounce correctly: Anything “Rellenos”
What you love about Mexican food: The CHEESE. And the salt.

Favorite Mexican food you’ve never been able to pronounce correctly: Ohhh, I probably say all my favorites authentically incorrect. But I’m so excited about it and I give the awkward look along with the awkward hand gestures and it all works out. Ya know, my heart is all in!
What you love about Mexican food: Mexican food always says fun to me! I feel like you simply CANNOT be in a bad mood and get Mexican food! Maybe it’s because I have friends with me most times I go. Something about the chips, dips and great company. Infact, I admit, I have won customer of the week at a Nashville Mexican eatery…THAT's how fun it is for me!
Do you pay extra for guac? I don’t get guac because I'm always drowning in cheese dip. It has to be the white cheese dip. Not the chunky stuff. But rumor has it Guac is extra.

Best Mexican restaurant you’ve been to while on the road: The best Mexican restaurant I have been to in a long time is Casa De Fiesta on Bell Road in Nashville TN. It is amazing.
Favorite Mexican food you’ve never been able to pronounce correctly: I think I do a pretty good job of pronouncing everything, but maybe a “chimichanga."
What you love about Mexican food: The cheese and chips and salsa!
Do you pay extra for guac? I do not pay extra for gauc, I would pay extra for cheese, but gauc is just alright with me. Some places it is better than others.

Best Mexican restaurant you’ve been to while on the road: I love local spots but was recently in Austin and went to get tacos at Torchy's Tacos. Some of THE best tacos I've ever had and the Mexican Street Corn was incredible.
Favorite Mexican food you’ve never been able to pronounce correctly: “Huevos Rancheros".... I usually just point to it on the menu!
What you love about Mexican food: Tacos- I literally eat tacos at least twice a week

Best Mexican restaurant you’ve been to while on the road: There are two here in Nashville that are great! Five Points Cocina Mexicana in East Nashville and Tequilla’s in Nashville West. Those are my favorite :) I did go to an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant in Cabo San Lucas called Mi Casa. A woman there actually made fresh tortillas in front of us and gave us samples. It was incredible!
Favorite Mexican food you’ve never been able to pronounce correctly: My favorite Mexican food is either fajitas or taco salad, so those are not hard to pronounce, but I can speak a little Spanish so there’s not really anything I have trouble pronouncing! Haha
What you love about Mexican food: I love the flavors, taste, and the family atmosphere.
Do you pay extra for guac? I actually dislike avocados, so no I don’t! Lol

Best Mexican restaurant you’ve been to while on the road: I would have to say Angela’s Cafe in Wichita, Ks. They have the best pork meat burrito I ever tasted.

What you love about Mexican food: What is there not to love…I love all the spice, the textures and of course all the different kinds of dips for your chips.
Do you pay extra for guac? Yes I do, but it has to be made tableside.

Best Mexican restaurant you’ve been to while on the road: My favorite Mexican restaurant is a place called La Tolteca in Bel Air, MD. But have you ever been to Casa Bonita’s out in Denver? Believe it or not, it’s a real place… not just a place Cartman wanted to go to on South Park!
Favorite Mexican food you’ve never been able to pronounce correctly: Well, I’m half Mexican and grew up in South Florida, so this isn’t really a fair question to ask me!
What you love about Mexican food: Well, I absolutely love the sides! I could eat refried beans and rice!
