MARSH HOUSE REOPENS TO THE PUBLIC THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2020

Known for its sumptuous seafood, elevated Gulf coast cuisine, sophisticated cocktails and stellar wine program, Marsh House has received rave reviews and accolades since opening in 2016. Inarguably one of Nashville’s most exceptional concepts, Marsh House was also among the countless restaurants impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the popular eatery located in the buzzy Gulch neighborhood, is pleased to announce it will be reopening its doors to the public on Thursday, October 1, 2020. With the reopening comes some exciting updates, including the appointment of Executive Chef Vu Vo, and a new entrance, accessible via 11 Ave S.

Whether indoors or al fresco, diners can once again enjoy Marsh House’s culinary delights such as Shrimp Toast; Deviled Crab; Tuna Orecchiette; Thin Fried Catfish; and Fried Chicken (choice of half or whole). Raw bar favorites making a comeback include the Alabama Blue Crab Fingers; Smoked Fish Dip; Tuna Tartare; and Ceviche. The eatery’s famed seafood towers will also be available.

In addition to fresh seafood and delectable Southern fare, guests can enjoy seasonal handcrafted cocktails and selections from Marsh House’s exceptional wine list, which earned Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards 2019: "Award of Excellence" and features an extensive yet approachable collection from around the world.

Marsh House will accommodate guests at 50% capacity and is adhering to all safety protocols including that of the Centers for Disease Control and the Mayor’s Roadmap for Reopening Nashville. The restaurant has instituted policies including socially-distanced indoor and outdoor table seating with maximum of a six guests per table. In line with Nashville’s guidelines and to protect guests, all employees are required to wear a face mask. To protect the staff and other guests, the restaurant requires everyone to wear a face mask to gain entry. Masks can be removed while seated at the table.
