Last night the Nashville Food Bloggers were invited to preview Brunch at Party Fowl in Nashville, Tennessee. We tasted delicious cocktails paired with the famous “Nashville Hot Chicken. Check out the highlights below. You can enjoy their brunch Saturday’s and Sunday’s 10am-2pm.
BRUNCH FOR TWO $50 55oz Bloody Mary topped with two whole fried Cornish Game Hens, two whole scotch eggs, eight fried okra, and 1/2 avocado. Limited quantities on Saturday and Sunday.
HOT CHICKEN & STUFFED FRENCH TOAST $15 Thick cut, house-made cinnamon brioche stuffed with apples and bourbon cream cheese, dipped in orange custard, skillet fried, and served with hot chicken (southern fried, mild, medium, Nashville Hot or Poultrygeist)
“NASHVILLE HOT” CHICKEN BENEDICT $15 Hot chicken (southern fried, mild, medium, Nashville Hot, or Poultrygeist) served over an english muffin and topped with two poached eggs and fresh chipotle-adobo hollandaise
CHICKEN B&B $14 Boneless chicken breast (southern fried, mild, medium, hot, or Poultrygeist) on Texas Toast with beignets coated with bourbon glaze, served with dill pickles and coleslaw
APPLE BUTTER AND BISCUITS $8 House-made fireball apple butter served with three buttermilk biscuits
DECONSTRUCTED COBB $14 Chopped romaine with tomato, cucumber, bacon, blue cheese, smoked hard-boiled eggs, avocado and hot chicken (grilled, southern fried, mild, medium, hot, Poultrygeist)
IMPROVED GRASSHOPPER MILKSHAKE 11 the love child of a grasshopper cocktail, bushwhacker and a frozen irish coffee made with coopers craft bourbon, mint, cacao, banana, frothy monkey cold brew
