PARTY FOWL AND STATUS DOUGH CREATE THE FIRST-EVER NASHVILLE HOT DOUGHNUT
Get fired up! Party Fowl and Status Dough have collaborated to create the first-ever Nashville Hot Doughnut. Launching on Saturday, January 22nd, Nashville Hot Doughnuts will be available at Middle Tennessee Party Fowl locations – Nashville, Donelson, Murfreesboro and Cool Springs – during brunch or until supplies last. The first 50 people at each location will receive a free mini doughnut!
The recipe for this soon-to-be Music City must-have combines Status Dough’s old fashioned buttermilk doughnut recipe and Party Fowl’s pure spice blend and is then topped with Status Dough’s traditional glaze. Following this weekend’s launch, Nashville Hot Doughnuts will also be available at Status Dough Nashville, and eventually expanding to Party Fowl Hamilton Place and Status Dough Knoxville.
“This is something we’ve wanted to do for some time. When we met with Joe for the first time and tasted Status Dough’s old-fashioned doughnut, we were all in,” says Party Fowl owner Austin Smith, “Chef Bart and Joe worked their magic, testing different Party Fowl heat levels, trying out different glazes and we finally found our winner. The heat is present, but not overwhelming, and the heat and the sweet together are so addicting! Y'all gotta try these doughnuts!”
Nashville Hot Doughnuts are sure to turn up the heat at Party Fowl’s not-to-be-missed brunch! Named “Best Brunch in Tennessee” by Food Network, other signature menu items include the famously colossal Brunch for Two (55-ounce Bloody Mary topped with two whole fried Cornish game hens, two whole scotch eggs, eight fired okra and a whole avocado) and the Hot Chicken & Stuffed French Toast (house-made cinnamon brioche stuffed with apples and bourbon cream cheese, dipped in cinnamon custard, skillet-fried and served with Nashville Hot Chicken and bourbon syrup).
