It is a cold, wet winter’s lunchtime, but inside The Yellow Porch on Thompson Lane there is palpable warmth which has nothing to do with central heating. The charming and chic establishment is great for a business or even a ladies’ lunch. It’s a visual delight, from the exquisite artwork by Shon Hudspeth and bright colors, to the delicious smells floating in the air from the kitchen. We indulged in house-made tomato basil soup, port poached sun-dried cherry salad, seared salmon salad, and chicken penne pasta.
