Dinner in One Take: Weeknight-Friendly Meals That are Big on Flavor, Not Time (Harvard Common Press, October 1, 2024, $25) by Bo Corley (aka @bothegoattv)

Bo Corley is a cooking creator who is passionate about great food and designing recipes that work for busy families. A former insurance company executive (and proud 8th and 9th grade oratory champion), Bo’s journey with food started privately. At one point weighing close to 500 pounds, Bo resolved to lose weight but still enjoy his meals. Eventually, he shared his chef-y takes on healthy meals online and Bo the Goat was born. In the years since, Bo has grown in many ways, including grilling/smoking and with cocktails. However, his main mission is still to feed his family day in and day out with delicious food that powers all their adventures and active hobbies (from high-school football to karate).
