Hendrick’s Gin Cucumber Lemonade – Created by Hendrick’s Gin Brand Ambassador, Mattias Horseman
Ingredients:
2 parts Hendrick's Gin
1 part lemon juice
1 part sugar syrup
2 parts soda water
3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber
Method: Combine all ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber & 1 slice of lemon.
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Three thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and one slice of lemon
Tullamore D.E.W.’s Irish Coffee - Created Tullamore D.E.W Brand Ambassador, Donna Stewart
Ingredients:
2 part of Tullamore D.E.W. Original
Top with Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Heavy Cream, Slightly Whipped
Method: Preheat a clear-stemmed glass with very hot water. Add the sugar and brewed coffee and stir well. Once sugar has melted, stir in in the whisky. Gently whip the heavy cream by shaking it in a protein shaker with a blender ball – you want a still somewhat loose, not stiff consistency. Pour the cream over the back of a hot teaspoon to top the drink (and prevent cream from penetrating the top of the drink). Finally, garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon for spicy finish. for spicy finish
Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Highball
1 part Balvenie 12 year DoubleWood
2 parts club soda
Lemon wedge garnish
Glenfiddich Penicillin - Created by Glenfiddich Brand Ambassador Allan Roth
Ingredients:
2 parts Glenfiddich 12 Year
¾ part honey ginger syrup*
¾ part lemon juice
¼ ounce Glenfiddich Fire & Cane
Candied ginger, to garnish
Method:
In a shaking tin combine the Glenfiddich 12 Year, Honey ginger syrup and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a double rocks glass. Float the Glenfiddich Fire & Cane on top of the cocktail and garnish with the candied ginger.
*Honey Ginger syrup. Combine 1 cup of honey with 1 cup of water and peeled and sliced 6 inch piece of ginger. Heat gently and let simmer for up to 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 6-12 hours then strain.

Method: Combine ingredients and stir well. Strain over a large block of ice in a rocks glass. Spritz and garnish with a large orange peel

¾ part Agave Nectar
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:
2 parts Hudson Baby Bourbon
1 tsp Demerara simple syrup
3-4 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange twist
Method: Add to a mixing glass: simple syrup, bitters, then Baby Bourbon. Stir well to combine and chill. Strain into Double Old Fashioned glass over one large rock (or fill the glass with smaller cubes).
