"Thirsty Thursday" Featuring Alisha Pace

Thank you so much for talking with us Alisha! For newer fans, how did your passion for music and career come about? I love performing through song. There’s nothing like entertaining and seeing an audience come to life and let loose and smile. What was the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given about pursuing a career in music? There’s already a them. So be you. What song that you have recorded means the most to you and why? “Like I Like Me”- the most recent single! As a single 20-something, I've definitely been guilty of falling in "like" quite regularly, while dating. Like I Like Me champions the idea of setting some priorities in the dating game, and also being in "like" with yourSELF. Cause, no matter how much you like a person, if they're treating you poorly, it's time to activate your self-like and move on. And like a lot of people, I only feel that I have any kind of insight there because, ALAS, I have definitely allowed myself to be trampled on in like and love…HA. Ya live and ya learn!

What’s the best advice you have ever gotten from another musician? Always be kind. It’s one thing that never back-fires and everyone needs. Do you have any pre-show rituals? Praying before I begin. Doing a voice lesson. Telling myself I was made for this. Dancing a little bit. My pink energy drink.

What's your favorite fast food chain? Ha- Chick-Fil-A. I’m telling ya, can’t get enough of it! What is your favorite childhood cereal? You know those little cookies. The like, fake chocolate chip cookie cereal? That one lol.

What do you think is the most important meal of the day is and why? I’ve always been a fan of breakfast. It’s my favorite getting breakfast with someone. I think it means the most because someone has to go to the effort of waking up early to get it with you. What should every kitchen be stocked with? Chocolate. Hands down.

Finally, if you could be sponsored by one food/drink brand who would it be and why? Power Edge Energy Drinks. I don’t go a day without drinking at least two of their packets for the last seven years lol.
