Jordan Rager joins us to kick off our first interview in the new Grubs & Grooves series, Thirsty Thursday. The rising country artist fills us in on all of his favorite summertime drinks, eats and songs.

Favorite summer drink? An ice cold beer
Summer picnic essentials? Turkey sandwich, chips, cooler of beer
Favorite summer activity? It’s a tie between baseball games and being on the water (lake, ocean, river, etc.)
Best summer songs? “Summertime” by Kenny Chesney and “Ocean Avenue” by Yellowcard
Best summer family vacation? My family and I take a trip to the beach every year. We don’t do anything special, but we never get to be all together anymore, so the time together away from real life is always great.
Bucket list place for a summer trip? I’ve always wanted to hit all 30 MLB ballparks in one summer.
