Tater-tot Casserole is an easy, one-dish dinner often served at family reunions, potlucks, or just suppers. Don't be turned off by its humble appearance; the combination of cream of potato soup, cream of cheese soup, shredded cheese, beef, and a delightful crispy potato topping (the more taters, the better!) is universally likeable.
I also saute my onions with the hamburger and add Southern Flavor, Garlic, Creole. Try it sometime you will be surprised, in a good way!
Drain your meat** do not rinse

TIPS - This casserole freezes great! Just put it together then freeze until ready to bake. (adjust cooking times accordingly)
I always double or triple this one! It re-heats beautifully!
