July 11 – National Mojito Day

With the cooling mint and burst of lime, the Mojito is a cocktail mint to be celebrated under the summer sun. Spice things up by substituting rum for the original chile liqueur, Ancho Reyes, created from ancho and poblano chiles in Puebla, Mexico. www.anchoreyes.com
