2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Original

¾ parts Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ parts Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Lemon Wedge 

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker without any ice, dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain drink over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

2 parts Hudson Four Grain Whiskey

¾ part fresh lemon juice

¾ part simple syrup
