What's your favorite family recipe? My mom’s beef stroganoff. It’s served over rice, and I’m pretty sure she adds Ginger Ale to it. I’ve literally cancelled date night with my wife in favor of eating this meal.

Beef Stroganoff Recipe 

1 lb beef stew meat still frozen

Mix together

1. Lipton Onion Soup

2. 1 Cup Gingerale

3. 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Pour mixture over meat

Cover and bake at 325 for at least 3 hours. Let it stand for 10 minutes before adding 8 oz sour cream.

Serve over rice.
