‘Tis the season for celebrating! Five Festive Cocktails for Your Weekend!

'Tis the season for celebrating! Thanks to William Grant & Sons, a family-owned distillery with a vast portfolio of award-winning spirits, these five festive cocktails will keep your days sparkling and bright through the New Year.



Cheers to the holiday season with the Lone Star Sparkler cocktail made with Fistful of Bourbon, a delicious 100 percent straight American whiskey blend that is exclusively found in Texas. www.fistfulofbourbon.com


Lone Star Sparkler

2 parts Pear puree

¾ part Ginger syrup

½ part Lemon

2 parts Sparkling wine

Combine ingredients except sparkling wine and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a star anise.



Spice things up with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, a Caribbean Rum blended with 100% natural spices and flavors, and Ancho Reyes, the original chile liqueur.


Sailor Jerry Cherry

½ parts Black Cherry Shrub

3 dashes of Cherry Bitters

2 large Sage leaves

Dry Champagne

Add all ingredients (except Champagne) into an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously over ice. Double strain into a Champagne Flute. Top with dry champagne. Garnish with sage and black cherry.

½ part Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur

½ part Agave Nectar

½ part Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

½ part Fresh Lime Juice

2 parts Pink Prosecco         

Combine all ingredients except Pink Prosecco and shake well. Strain into a Champagne Flute. Top with Pink Prosecco and garnish with grapefruit & blood orange (dried or peel).

Cucumber 75

½ part fresh lemon juice

½ part simple syrup

3 wheels English cucumber

Dry sparkling wine

In a mixing glass muddle Hendrick's, lemon, simple and cucumbers. Ice, shake well and fine strain into a flute. Top with sparkling wine.

Lavender 75

1 ½ parts Reyka Vodka

1 part fresh lemon juice

¾ part lavender syrup

Top dry champagne

Combine ingredients. Shake and strain into flute glass. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
