Toasting to the Start of Spring with These Five Cocktails

The arrival of spring heralds the return of beautiful, fragrant flowers. Celebrate the blossoming buds with Hendrick’s Gin’s Elderflower Collins cocktail. The curiously delightful infusion of cucumber and rose petals in Hendrick’s Gin results in an exquisitely balanced liquid that is sure to put a spring in your step.

Elderflower Collins 2 parts Hendrick’s Gin 1 part Elderflower Cordial 1 part Lemon Juice 1 part Sugar Syrup 1 part Soda Water

Pour ingredients into a pitcher and stir. Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber.

¾ part Lemon

½ Egg White

½ parts Macadamia Nut Syrup

¼ parts Dry Curacao

¼ parts Velvet Falernum

1 part Lime Juice

1 dash Tiki Bitters

Shake all ingredients together with ice, fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with grated nutmeg and a lime twist.

Pinch Vanilla sea salt

3 drops Chamomile cordial

¼ part Lemon juice

Juice of half a lime

1 ½ parts simple syrup

8 mint leaves

Amber lager

Muddle simple syrup & mint. Add Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and shake over ice. Double strain. Serve in beer mug or pint glass on the rocks. Topped with Amber Lager and garnish with lime and mint
